產(chǎn)品信息名稱(chēng)： PPS除塵濾袋品牌： AOBO 貨號(hào)： AOBO-6 產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)它具有強(qiáng)度的完整保持性和內(nèi)在的耐化學(xué)性，可以在惡劣的環(huán)境中保持良好的過(guò)濾性能，并達(dá)到理想的使用壽命。具有耐熱、耐化學(xué)性、阻燃性等諸多特性PPS運(yùn)行溫度為160℃-200℃。

 

1、 工作溫度170℃，短時(shí)工作溫度232℃，熔點(diǎn)285℃，極限氧指數(shù)34~35。2、 含氧量在15%或以下的場(chǎng)合均可適用。3、 燃料中含硫或煙道氣中含硫的氧化物，現(xiàn)已證明其是抗酸堿腐蝕、抗化學(xué)性很強(qiáng)的纖維。4、 煙道中含濕氣的場(chǎng)合。5、 在溫度190℃~232℃工礦條件下，氣布比高達(dá)5：1做線上清灰及氣布比6：1做離線清灰時(shí)，PPS過(guò)濾氈除塵濾袋具有優(yōu)異的性能記錄。

 

PPS除塵濾袋介紹：
燃煤鍋爐布袋除塵專(zhuān)用濾料（HAT系列PPS 濾料）是山東奧博環(huán)?？萍加邢薰驹诔袚?dān)國(guó)家863課題干法脫除燃煤電廠多污染物協(xié)同控制技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，針對(duì)高溫?zé)煔獬龎m開(kāi)發(fā)的纖維針刺氈濾料。具有除塵效率高，煙氣阻力低的過(guò)濾特點(diǎn)。該濾料具有過(guò)濾精度高、排放低、性能穩(wěn)定的特點(diǎn)。采用優(yōu)質(zhì)日本進(jìn)口PPS纖維，經(jīng)國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)的成套針刺設(shè)備梳理織布，進(jìn)行高溫定型、表面軋光處理和高濃度PTFE浸漬防腐、防水防油處理后加工成針刺氈濾料。
濾袋縱向、袋口與袋底采用日本重機(jī)縫紉設(shè)備，用PTFE線進(jìn)行縫制。濾袋袋口采用不銹鋼彈性漲圈。袋底100mm雙層加強(qiáng)。
產(chǎn)品特性：
優(yōu)點(diǎn)：PPS纖維具有良好的耐腐蝕性、耐水解性。是目前燃煤鍋爐除塵性?xún)r(jià)比較高的濾料。
缺點(diǎn)：不耐氧化。要求實(shí)際工況中含氧量要低于8%（150℃），溫度越高含氧量應(yīng)越低。溫度每升高10℃，化學(xué)反應(yīng)加倍。
