MPE茂金屬聚乙烯是一種新穎熱塑性塑料,MPE茂金屬催化劑具有優(yōu)異的催化共聚能力,它能使大多數(shù)共聚體與乙烯共聚,并且能夠使極性單體催化聚合,而使用傳統(tǒng)催化劑很難實現(xiàn);在環(huán)烯聚合方面,傳統(tǒng)催化劑只能開環(huán)聚合,而用茂金屬催化劑能雙鍵加成聚合。MPE在保持優(yōu)異的薄膜性能的同時,強化薄膜的擠出加工性能

mPE提供的多樣性能夠適用于廣泛的軟包裝薄膜應(yīng)用,包括:(1)瓶裝水、飲料、罐裝商品、洗手液、清潔劑、保健品以及護膚品所用的收縮包裝薄膜;(2)大宗貨物的托盤包裝;(3)多層手工流涎纏繞包裝薄膜;(4)農(nóng)用溫室大棚膜;(5)中型及重型包裝袋;以及各種用于食品、非食品的復(fù)合軟包裝薄膜。mPE薄膜品級具有較低的熔點和明顯的熔區(qū),并且在韌性、透明度、熱粘性、熱封溫度、低氣味方面等明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)聚乙烯,可用于生產(chǎn)重包裝袋、金屬垃圾箱內(nèi)襯、食品包裝、拉伸薄膜等。mPE將薄膜加工性能與高α烯烴的優(yōu)良物理性能結(jié)合在一起,適用于一系列軟包裝薄膜應(yīng)用,包括:收縮包裝薄膜、托盤收縮包裝薄膜、手工流涎纏繞包裝膜、農(nóng)用溫室大棚膜、中型及重型包裝袋以及復(fù)合包裝薄膜等。
